Text on a dark blue background that says, "WHO WE ARE."

Big Blue Theatre started in 2021 when a group of college students put together a series of one act plays in a garage. Since then, it has grown into a collaboration of artists, purely fueled by the love of theatre.

Big Blue Theatre’s mission is to create Bold, Imaginative, and Original work. We are founded on Collaboration. Whether you are an actor, designer, writer, technician, or any other kind of artist, you have a place here.

We strive for not only artistic purpose and development, but for Joy. We want to work with artists who are passionate, talented, and love the work they do.

If you are looking for a bold, imaginative, and original theatre, we invite you to reach out and get to know us at Big Blue.

Two actors dressed in historical costumes are on a stage with a dark background. The male actor in the foreground is wearing a light-colored shirt with a beige vest, brown shorts, and white tights. He appears to be making a gesture with his hand and has a concerned or confused expression. The female actor in the background is dressed in a white and blue dress with a high collar, and she is looking at the male actor. There is a small prop or sculpture on the stage in front of the male actor.
Young man in a vintage-style outfit, wearing a gray cap, white shirt, suspenders, and a brown tie, smiling and writing in a notepad with a pencil against a black background.
A group of people, including a woman with curly hair, a person with a blindfold, and a man with a red vest, standing closely together outdoors, smiling and laughing.
